CREATING AN AI CONVERSATIONALIST BY USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TO ENGAGE IN CONVERSATIONS.
Author: Tanu, Sonia Goyal

A Smart Personal Assistant (SPA) or Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) could be a software representative that answers queries and completes tasks on behalf of a non-public user. Those specifically accessible through online chat, the term “chatbot” are occasionally used, when referring to virtual assistants in general. The first contribution is the assistant paradigm, which is made up of different in-build apps controlled by a command prompt. Applications are thought of as self-evaluating grey boxes that answer to the questions from different users. At a subsequent time, the command prompt forwards the user's request to the most suitable application by considering the user's command, context (like previous interactions), and the answers given by applications. The second contribution involves the use of a user-defined model to automate the online escalation of the behaviour of operating system on the end user's computer in order to convey the modules in the Windows operating system. In order to expedite the mental learning process of the user, multiple user and application simulator parameterizations are activated, covering a range of real-world scenarios. The outcome authenticates that action-based learning is sufficient for learning a pre-defined model through the virtual assistant by using a custom-built data set that is defined by the user in all arrangements of interest that are taken into account.

UNLOCKING CONTINUOUS AIOPS LEARNING: HARNESSING AI FOR DYNAMIC OPERATIONS
Author: Bhawna, Aarti Thakur

The term Algorithmic IT operations, or AIOps, was first used by Gartner. It stands for automated solutions made up of machine learning algorithms and methods to address unclear, difficult, and important operational IT challenges. Over the past few years, AIOPS has grown significantly, leading more organizations and providers to begin investigating AIOps solutions. AI operations were redefined as "Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations."
AIOps also lowers operating costs and human labour while increasing DevOps productivity and service quality. In this study, we first provide an overview of AIOps, including its elements, features, use cases, platform requirements, and practical difficulties. After that, we suggest a framework design for the AIOps platform based on the findings and research we have already done. In this paper, we present a new online log anomaly detection technique using DevOps that aids in greatly lowering the log anomaly detection time-to-value. AIOps automates operational tasks like artificial intelligence technologies, such as machine learning. It aids in the intelligent classification of log events, and their solution automation. This approach can automatically avoid potentially biased models generated by tainted log data and update the Log Anomaly Detection model continuously during runtime.
AIOps is still developing, necessitating ongoing education and development through empirical study and scientific research.

REVOLUTIONIZING MACHINE LEARNING THROUGH BLOCKCHAIN: AN OPTIMISTIC PERSPECTIVE
Author: Dinesh Yadav, Vishali Sharma

The convergence of blockchain technology with machine learning has garnered notable attention, spurred by the vision of decentralized, secure, and transparent AI services. Within this landscape, we present Chain learn (Blockchain-Powered Optimistic Machine Learning), a novel methodology that empowers blockchain frameworks to perform AI model inference. Chain learn employs an interactive fraud-proof protocol, reminiscent of optimistic rollup systems, to ensure decentralized and verifiable consensus for machine learning services, thereby enhancing trust and transparency. In contrast to zkML (Zero-Knowledge Machine Learning), Chain learn offers cost-effective and highly efficient ML services with minimal participation requirements. Notably, Chain learn facilitates the execution of extensive language models, such as 7B-LLaMA, on standard PCs without GPUs, substantially broadening accessibility. Through the amalgamation of blockchain and AI capabilities via Chain learn, we embark on a transformative journey towards accessible, secure, and efficient on-chain machine learning.

CURRENT AND FUTURE DEVELOPMENT OF RESEARCH IN MUSIC BASED ON PARALLELS WITH NATURAL LANGUAGE PROCESSING
Author: Kanwaldip Kaur

Modernism has affected all of the arts with its core value of subjectivity, which distorted the objective basis of aesthetic judgment. Literature was impacted the least, fine art was substantially impacted, and music has been completely dominated by it. Music composers originally wrote compositions by hand to express themselves. Since the discovery of artificial intelligence, computer scientists discover how to create a program that will help music composers write their compositions. The hypothesis of the paper is that the domain of Natural Languages Processing (NLP) resembles current research in music so one could benefit from this by employing NLP techniques to music. In this paper the similarity between both domains is described. The levels of NLP are listed with pointers to respective tasks within the research of computational music. A brief introduction to history of NLP enables locating music research in this history. Possible directions of research in music, assuming its affinity to NLP, are introduced. Current research in generational and statistical music modeling is compared to similar NLP theories. The paper is concluded with guidelines for music research and information retrieval.
