AI applications will eventually find their way into the design sector as long as computers continue to be used for visual design and technology keeps advancing. Graphic design is another industry where these kinds of applications are used. Artificial intelligence algorithms are being used to carry out graphic design tasks in a variety of disciplines, including corporate identity design, online design, and page design, all without the need for a graphic designer. This paper explores the impact of artificial intelligence on the graphic design industry as well as whether some graphic design apps powered by AI and machine learning algorithms are as creative as a graphic designer. The advent of social media, the online, multimedia, and electronic publishing has affected and challenged graphic design. The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) functionalities in graphic design software has made it possible for professionals to mechanize numerous design procedures. But this poses a challenge to the profession's skills and could lead to the emergence of a second class of "non-professional" designers, especially in less creative work where the emphasis is on producing practical artifacts quickly. This paper highlights impact of artificial Intelligence in the field of graphic design which will shape its future in a better way.
