Abstract
World is changing at a remarkable pace and so does the world of marketing. The limited options to communicate with the target audience have been widening. Even the technology has profoundly changed the way consumer process communication. In the last few years the internet has played a major role in many fields of economy as it is commonly defined as a global media. The internet has been largely used in commerce and management. Electronic commerce, commonly written as ecommerce or E-Commerce, is the trading or facilitation of trading in products or
services using computer networks, such as the Internet. The rapid adoption of the Internet as a commercial medium has caused firms to experiment with the innovative ways of commerce thus changing the pattern of commerce strategies. The primarily motive of the study was to investigate the awareness level of respondents regarding the regulatory framework of E-Commerce. The present study was exploratory research by the means of primary data analysis wherein an attempt was made to identify the awareness level of respondents regarding regulatory framework of e-commerce with the help of self structured questionnaire. The questionnaire was based on the five point Likert scale ranging from not at all aware to completely aware and the convenience sampling was used to collect the data from respondents (250) residence of Punjab and Union Territory of Chandigarh. Further, chi square technique was used to test the null hypothesis as whether there was
significant relationship between regulatory framework, gender and monthly income attributes. It was observed that female respondents were more aware as compared to male respondents regarding the regulatory framework of e-commerce. On the basis of monthly income attribute, 15000-30000 income group’s respondents were not aware regarding the regulatory framework of e-commerce but in the next income group ranging from 50000-75000 were aware about the regulatory framework of the
e-commerce.

Abstract
In 21st Century ,Data, Information and Knowledge are real sense of life. In this
modern era, we use Information and Communication Technology for producing, sharing , gathering, processing and evaluating the information. It has enormous change in the world using ICT. It plays role of problem solving tool for all of us. A sharp increase has been observed in the field of using ICT in daily life. With the use of ICT, a person collects, shares, uses and evaluates the information. ICT plays significant role in developing critical thinking to solve a problem and to find better alternative option. Critical thinking is helpful in decision making. Successful Life, as we all know, is the outcome of a succession of wise choices, some large and some minor. Making decisions requires the capacity to solve problems, critical thought, and the ability to access pertinent information from reliable sources. The Vedas advise that in order to understand things more clearly and make the best decisions, we need to be able to think critically. 16 logical methods called Padarthas
were defined by the Vedic approach to critical thinking as a way to determine the truth and make the best choice. In the current environment, coding with several programming languages and IDEs is crucial for fostering critical thinking. This essay focuses on examining how ICT affects critical thinking in contemporary learners.

Abstract
Now the world is entering a new generation of computing technology i.e. Internet of Things. Internet of things indicates a system of physical objects which are connected with the help of Internet. The things in IOT can refer to a person or any device which through an IP address. As a result an enormous amount of data is being generated, stored and that data is being processed into useful actions that can command and control the things to make our lives more much easier and safer. By increasing the demand of internet of things, voluminous of data is also increased. To handle the huge amount of data is a big task but big data is the solution for this data problem.
By using big data, we are able to store unlimited data in a secured manner, so the demand for big data is increasing day by day. This review paper plays a vital role in focusing the role big data in Internet of Things.

Leadership for the 21st century is grounded in moral and ethical virtues, but the challenge is to define what exactly moral and ethical virtues are and how they should be measured and implemented. The nature of ethical decision-making by educational leaders as moral agents has become a topic of increased attention in the field of educational administration. The concept of the best interests of students was regularly described as the core or center of ethical decision-making and the heart of educator’s work. While there has always been a requirement for ethics in leadership, the last passing years have seen a shift in the paradigm of leadership ethics. In this paper, we express the nature of ethical decision-making, types of ethical challenges.
